Pep talks for the ill unappreciated

Along with my seasonal allergies this year - which have recently taken a turn for the better, thank goodness - came a hacking cough.

Apparently my body decided to force out the particles I'm allergic to by violently expelling them through my windpipe. Repeatedly.
