Hill-Murray football player placed in coma

Extra: Hill-Murray takes on musical ‘Newsies’


Solomon Gustavo Hill-Murray School junior and cast member of the school’s production of the musical “Newsies” Kari Lambert used the set printing press during an Oct. 30 rehearsal. The play, about the 1899 newspaper strike, runs at the school weekends through Nov. 19.

Acrobatic dancing, intricate songs and detailed sets are hallmarks of the technically challenging musical “Newsies.”

Over two years, student paints ‘Last Supper’ mural in school cafeteria


Solomon Gustavo/Review Cretin-Derham Hall sophomore Jessica Lutmer with “The Last Supper” mural she painted on a wall in the cafeteria of St. Peter’s Catholic School in North St. Paul. She began work on the painting while she was an eighth-grader at the school.

“’The Last Supper’ seems apropos for the cafeteria, for eating,” said St. Peter’s Catholic School Principal Alison Dahlman.
