Music group to give free concert in Oakdale

The Woodbury Chorus and Orchestra, directed by Gerrit W. Lamain, will present a concert on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. at Transfiguration Catholic Church (6133 North 15th St. in Oakdale). There is no charge for the program and no reservations or tickets are necessary.

Coming together and making a difference: Part 2

Last week we started with the story of a young boy throwing starfish back into the ocean waters. When asked if he could really make a difference with so many on the sand, he gave a great answer. As he threw one into the water, he answered that he made a difference to that one.
