AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2018 MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE AND UTILITY RATES AS ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 766 BY MODIFYING WASTE WATER AND WATER RATES 

The City Council of the City of North St. Paul does hereby ordain:

Section 1.

Purpose 

Ordinance Number 767 amends the 2018 Municipal Fee Schedule and Utility Rates to correct the Waste Water and Water Rates.

Section 2.

Schedule 

Utility Rates may be amended from time to time. The 2018 Municipal Fee Schedule and Utility Rates shall be located in City Hall.

Section 3.

Effect. 

The schedule shall become effective upon the approval of the City Council. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordinance as required by law.
