Lowry Grove may reopen as manufactured housing

The owner of the land once home to Lowry Grove, a manufactured housing community in St. Anthony Village, announced Oct. 13 that the property may very well be made back into a mobile home park.

Mounds View grants liquor license to movie theater

Mounds View has just one movie theater, and with its population of 13,000 residents, and a geographical area of approximately four square miles, Mayor Carol Mueller says “that makes sense.”

New hotel set to come to Arden Hills, situated along I-694

Built three decades ago, a vacant office building tucked away on Northwoods Drive near Interstate 694 and Lexington Avenue in Arden Hills will soon be replaced by a 139-room hotel.
