Looking at Indian Mounds Regional Park differently


Marjorie Otto/Review The native community and the City of St. Paul are working together on a cultural landscape study of Indian Mounds Regional Park with the goal of creating a shared vision that respects the sacredness of the land. As part of the project, a series of community engagement meetings are being held so community members can learn from each other about the significance of the park.

Vikings back Kaposia center’s ninja course

MVSA team earns Youth 1st honor

A Mounds View Softball Association team was recently honored for its conduct at a tournament earlier this summer. The Thundering Herd 10U squad was presented with its Youth First Award July 26 at the Shoreview Community Center.

Beacons fastpitch faces tough competition at state

There used to be a segment on “Sesame Street” called “One of these things is not like the others.” The Concordia Academy fastpitch softball team was one of those unlike things compared to the other teams in the Class AA state tournament last week.
