Falcon Heights

Police arrested and cited a number of people in the Larpenteur and Snelling avenues corridor between Jan. 30 and Feb. 5 for driving with suspended or revoked licenses and other violations. In a Feb. 1 incident, a 24-year-old woman was arrested and cited for giving false information to police, driving with a revoked license and an equipment violation after she was stopped at Larpenteur and Fry Street.

Friends were drinking at apartments in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue the night of Jan. 31 when they got into an argument. Two of the people left; they returned, and one of them attacked one of the people who stayed at the apartment, punching him in the head. The victim was a 27-year-old man, as was the person who attacked him. When police arrived the man who’d committed the alleged assault was gone; the other 27-year-old told police he wasn’t interested in pressing charges but wanted to make sure the incident was documented.
